In Florida seasonality in the real estate market isn’t as drastic, but selling during the holidays does have
some advantages. Buyers are still looking during the holidays and often those buyers are more serious
buyers. During the holidays less homes are on the market leaving your home even more in demand. So
you may want to rethink waiting until the spring.
