Jessica Lech

Jessica Lech is a licensed REALTOR® and Brokerage Manager at Beach State Realty, one of St. Augustine, Florida's locally rooted real estate brokerages. Originally from New York, Jessica relocated to Florida and built her real estate career from the ground up- surpassing $1 million in personal sales volume within her first year as a licensed agent. She specializes in serving first-time homebuyers and relocation clients navigating the St. Augustine, St. Johns County, and surrounding Northeast Florida markets, where demand continues to outpace supply and local expertise makes a measurable difference.

What sets Jessica apart is her operational depth and her ability to communicate complex real estate contracts in a way that is clear, calm, and client-focused. With over 225+ transactions coordinated across her career, she has a thorough command of contract terms, contingencies, timelines, and closing procedures — knowledge she translates into plain language so that every client, especially first-time buyers, feels genuinely informed and confident rather than overwhelmed. Her tactful, professional communication style has become one of her most recognized strengths, ensuring that even the most stressful transactions feel manageable and well-guided.

In her role as Brokerage Manager at Beach State Realty, Jessica also oversees the operational systems and team performance that keep the brokerage running at a high level, bringing that same rigor to every client transaction she personally manages. Jessica serves buyers, sellers, and relocating families throughout St. Johns, Flagler, and Duval counties. Whether you're purchasing your first home, moving to Florida from out of state, or navigating a complex transaction, Jessica Lech combines agent-level market knowledge, transaction coordinator-level execution, and a genuinely client-first communication approach to deliver a smooth, informed experience
